I have installed Tikona Broadband Connection at my residence dated 27th Sep 2016. I have taken a tarrif plan: BBM4M750.
I had made a payment of Rs 3250 to the engineer (Rs 2250 for 3 month of rental and Rs. 1000 for the WiFi Device). I have received a message from Tikona that only Rs. 2156 is deposited to my account. I was also not given any paper receipt of the money I had paid to the engineer.
Since the time I got the account activated, I have experienced very very slow connection and I had been following up with the engineer since then. I am told that there is a tower issue and this will get resolved in next 24 hrs. Till now there is no resolution. This is a 4 MBPS Connection and all i am getting is .3 MBPS.
The engineer has installed an old receptor box at my house and now there is no response from the engineers. I have registered a complaint with the customer care and there is no response from them. The ticket numbers is 1-4338539618.
Please help to resolve this situation by getting me a full refund of my money.
