Regarding Tikona broadband service

I am facing the internet issues from 2-3 weeks continuously and every time the customer care executive says your complaint will be rectified soon and permanently but it never even fix for continuous of 3 days. Even the field engineer is also visited and gave me assurance that the problem will not occur again and still the problem is occurring. The limit of my patience is reached today as when i try to complaint again even the ivr system ends the call whenever i try to contact to CCE. My customer id: 1112098175. If you care then you should solve my issue else carry your setup from my house.
