Regarding Tikona internet services and billing

I have been using tikona internet service for past 4 years. but from last 5 months have been facing problems with internet connection have made 15 to 20 calls daily also have mailed about problem there has ben no reply and finally after there engineer visits for 3 to 5 occasion they gave came to know network of tikona is not received at my flat as one of tikona company tower is been shifted so. eventually having not connection for months i informed then to stop my services and hand me over my deposit amount which i have given at the time of installation i have note received that but there has been case done on me on delhi court forces to pay my bill of 3157 my bill is 1157 and i already have to collect my amount of installation which i am forced to pay via net banking. my actual bills is 750 rs u can check my data usage from past previous bill they do not pick my calls nor reply in mails. Hence i want to launch consumer complaint.

    The person who called me as lawyer of tikona from delhi is +91 7720928149 mr rakesh he is not answering me or picking my phone . Had also mailed to j nair on 21st june regarding my problems have not received any proper reply from your end prior me sending court case in delhi had tried to communicate at tikona call centre but my phone no would not been connected to then they said would not take MY call .
    It would be better to check do tikona team to stand on what promise they make . I have never received net speed which they promise also frequent net drops have lost my so much works also have to use cyber cafe having better internet plans at home i should also charge that from tikona Plus had to make several calls daily from month of may june july it would 15 mins to reach call centre line .tikona should send me my money of installation charges which has to be refunded also new taken money on name of court case which i have paid details are as below

    it seems you company do not care of consumers and there issues . it has been over two weeks i have raised my problem there has been no solution from your end .
    after weeks of discussion still your team has not return my money nor contacted me this shows tikona company hows deals with there consumers .it takes 4 hours to connect new connection from your company and 15 days to get our money back which has been blackmailed and taken in the name of delhi court and face lawyer and given harassment to me and many like me . which leads me no were to now actually take legal action against tikona .
    i make sure this never happens to any other consumer like me .

    I am giving an 3 days time to solve my issue and send my money Back
    tikona is only broadband company which takes advance money before any consumer uses there services then also taking consumers money by charging them for other months so any tikona consumer pays two months money uses only one month there services. Hence i would request indian consumer forum to lay ban on tikona digital networks which provides poor quality first place , make false promise deliver nothing no help support .company like should be penalized high for this actions .
