I have been using tikona internet service for past 4 years. but from last 5 months have been facing problems with internet connection have made 15 to 20 calls daily also have mailed about problem there has ben no reply and finally after there engineer visits for 3 to 5 occasion they gave came to know network of tikona is not received at my flat as one of tikona company tower is been shifted so. eventually having not connection for months i informed then to stop my services and hand me over my deposit amount which i have given at the time of installation i have note received that but there has been case done on me on delhi court forces to pay my bill of 3157 my bill is 1157 and i already have to collect my amount of installation which i am forced to pay via net banking. my actual bills is 750 rs u can check my data usage from past previous bill they do not pick my calls nor reply in mails. Hence i want to launch consumer complaint.
