I have taken broadband connection of TIKONA company but from getting connection it can’t work properly. Service engineer of this company said that this area not getting proper signal to work this Tikona device but customer care person said that your device is started within 8/12/24 hrs this happens two times. The person who installed Tikona broadband device at my house gives trial from its login id but now he said on this my issue is I am not responsible for this issue you can get appointment by call to customer care of this company.

The subscription of this Tikona broadband contain 750/ month plan 30 Gb 3G. Data 4 mbps speed. I am paid amount for two months included in connection + 500? installation charges.
