Regarding Tikona service and threat

I have started tikona net on January 2015 after that my life is changed I am just busy to calling tikona for provide me a good services even after that in every month 2-5 day network is not working. my daily routine is first call to tikona care then net will work after few hour’s again network was creating a problem for me. some time they are saying our network will come maximum 8 hours, I think these case is occur 7-8 day’s in month, after frustrating with world famous service, I have disconnected my net connection on may-june and one of tikona representative come at my office and he said just pay 1250INR and he dis connected my connection.
Now they are continue calling me for pay bill otherwise they will take legal action, even since last 3 month I already leaved my office and change the location of my office, today 06 oct. 2015 at 11:45 AM one of tikona representative called me and said I am calling from tikona and right now I am at Delhi High Court and please pay the bill before 12:30PM otherwise I will register case, they are blackmailing me scaring me please help me.
