I have made a booking on Zoomcar. When I returned the car to them. The bonnet had a small dent and the front bumper has been damaged.
The cost of front bumper from an authorized dealer including tax is Rs 1688. The zoom car is charging me Rs 9164 /- for the damaged vehicle and the late charges.
When I have asked for the bill of the repairs, they are telling me that a bill will not be provided and have sent me a legal notice(CASE:455440) to blackmail me instead of dealing fairly with a consumer who is asking for a bill, to know what he is paying for.
Also, I request zoom car to provide me the recorded telephonic conversation, I had with the customer care executive on 27/04/2017 who had mis-informed/ misleaded me about the total late charges that were going to be incurred to defend my case.
Also, please provide the conversation I had with the customer care executive asking for the bill of repairs and the insurance document for the same car. Also, please find attached my reply on GMAIL asking for the bill for which, I have not received any reply yet.
PS: I have never denied paying for the damages if a proper bill is issued. Terming it willfully defaulting while I am not intending to, is a serious case of Defamation.
