Regarding used laptop from Dell showroom

I recently bought a laptop from Dell showroom Adyar ( Dell Inspiron 11 3158 ). When I opened the package I could see scratches on the top and bottom of the laptop. Moreover the laptop is not packed properly in a cover as it came just like that in a cardboard box. There is no protective film on the top of the laptop or between the Screen and keyboard. This got me into a doubt that it is a used laptop.

Then I tried powering on the laptop and it went right through the booting screen to the desktop screen. For a new laptop this is not supposed to happen. I checked the profile which was logged in and it was named as “user”

I dug in through the storage folders and the C drive is names as OS which is not supposed to be like that. It should be Local disk by default. Also there is a folder named Windows.old and it clearly states that a OS is installed on top of some other OS. The local profile account user is created on 5th August 2016 whereas I got my laptop in my hands on 28th August and the billing date was 26th August.

This was informed to the dell showroom and they were saying this is not possible for a sealed box. The box came up with double seal ( a seal over which another seal is there ) which makes this issue more serious. I want the refund for my product.
