I am using Vodafone post paid number.  This number has been barred since 13.10.15 without proper re-adressal of issues and abnormal charges. Customer care representative informed me i have used phone for more than credit limit but they are not able to tell the breakup of charges. I am not aware how they are charging more and asking wait till next bill generation cycle that is 10 Dec 15 for bill details. I have never out standing with the company and asked them to resume services but they are considering the request and saying to pay now. Vodafone services are Very poor for customer care and grieviance system, un ethical charges and haresing customer.
