I was using SBI Elite credit card and had got 5000 Yatra vouchers with it on June 17 with validity till 1st Dec 17 i cancelled my card in June 17 and got my vouchers issues when i tried to use my vouchers on 1st Dec 17 I got an error saying that the card linked is cancelled so the vouchers do not hold true i was not told about this when i cancelled my card and i have already paid 5000 for these vouchers when i raised a complaint on that the customer service guy told me they will be looking into it and later they gave me a reply the vouchers have expired as 1st Dec 17 date has gone but i was never able to use these vouchers can you please look into this
