I had purchased a dining table set from snap deal dated 20-10-15 which had a three month warranty as displayed on the company’s website. one week back one chair broke off. I lodged a complain with snapdeal and was given a solution to reach out to the vendor directly. I did that too but the vendor is not taking the responsibilty of the warranty. Now who i responsible for providing the warranty.

  2. Snapdeal is not giving my refund , since 3 months they are saying that we are processing your request, but they are not doing anything and I don’t think that they are willing to give my money back.
