Regarding warranty service from Eureka Forbes

I am from Nashik. I have do agreement with Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard) for 3 years. They have taken 3 years service agreement charges as a advance including 6 time service of change in filter candle on every six months. But they have change this filter candle only 4 times. Also I have call to Nashik branch office regarding this 4 times service complaint but they have told to us that we have already given to you 6 time service & do new agreement then we will change your aquaguard filter candle. Also they have told to us that anywhere you can do complaint, this complaint will be forwarded on under my authority.
I have request to Eureka Forbes that please resolver this issue at earliest & change my filter candle on top priority.
