I had purchased WonderChef Nutri-Blend appliance from Amazon website on JAN 21 2015.
One of the part of the product – “White JAR BASE for blending” broke down. I contacted the customer care for Wonderchef Home Appliances Pvt Ltd. and the executive told me to deposit Rs 300 for the replacement of the white jar base.
I transferred the money using internet banking as follows:

From cosmos bank univ Rd branch pune to HDFC bank Powai mumbai branch.
Till today I have not received the part I had ordered and paid for it. Also no communication on their part in mail or phone contact!
I am unable to contact the customer care as the following 2 numbers which they had provided are constantly busy or no one answers them :
I am attaching herewith the email communication as well as the transaction receipt and original invoice of the purchased product.
Please help in this regard.
