Refund from Hike wallet – Rs.8000/- : Kishor Kunal of Gomti Nagar, 226010, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh had loaded Rs.8000 in his Hike wallet. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Delivery by shoppingoutlet.in: Mr. Rahul Dale of Thergoan, Pune, Maharashtra (email: Email: rahuldale[at]gmail.com) ordered a cover for Nokia Lumia 520 Order ID : 3027001056 from shoppingoutlet on 13/06/2014 and i did not receive my product till 24-06-2014. He was getting false assurances from the portal. He posted his complaint with ICF on 24-06-2014 and finally got the product by 01-07-2014.
Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.5,699/-: Mr. Dileep Kumar Gupta of Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Email: shivshantgupta[@]gmail.com) ordered a projector with Homeshop18, and receive this by paying cash 5699/-. But the product did not work and was sent back to Homeshop18. He however did not get refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2015. The matter was taken up with Homeshop18 and got his money back by 24-02-2015.

Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank:
Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (email@example.com) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam. Bank did not respond to his complaints. ICF submitted Dr. Manickam’s complaint to the bank and the charges were subsequently reversed.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-:
Mr. Soutik Das (email@example.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. He posted a complaint with ICF on 20-01-2010 and ICF pursued the same with MakeMyTrip.com. Mr. Das got back his refund on 25-01-2010.
