I am using reliance sim card since 2009. I have faced every tym balance deduction problem. on 20 june 2017 97 has been deducted from main balance. i have called costomer care many tyms but they were not ready to write a complaint. they said that because net usage. but i have 1 gb per data plan. my balance has been deducted because of techmical default of reliance. i am facing this problem everyday from last 5 days. please takec action against inconvinence.
