Regarding wrong bill from Vodafone

I have shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore and was using my mumbai Vodafone number on roaming. I have got a vodafone bill of INR 8500 which said data usage bill of 4700. i have a chat with the vodafone customer care executive in October and they confirmed that they will refund that. I also asked for porting my number to Bangalore circle but they failed to provide the resolution. As of today, my phone bill says around 10,000 and my next month’s bill usage on my online account on website says around INR 2500. As they are not able to provide the resolution, i am not able to port my number and again incurring huge costs. its been 25 days and we are no where close to resolution. I have followed up every 2 days through Twitter, chat, Mail, going to the Vodafone store but forget about resolution, no body has contacted me on the same. I am not sure why I should pay them any money. I am hugely frustated and need your intervention. I have all the documents as suggetsed. Need your support.
