Regarding wrong delivery by Amazon

I wish to re-pursue one of the order I placed through Amazon India through his seller Grab India. This order didn’t delivered at the address or person to which I have ordered. On multiple trying no result yielded. Amazon India washed their hands from this saying their responsbility lies in cordinationg with the seller , where as the seller till date has not resolved the issue yet. Only claimed that the postal has been delivered by Fedex (not really).

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
