Regarding wrong delivery by Paytm shopping portal

I have placed a order of Career Duraedge plus k+ AC on 31st July, 2016 from paytm.com. I have received order on 13th aug, 2016 after making so many complaints.
Thenafter i have called career technician to install the AC he has come on 14th, aug, 2016 and told us that seller has given wrong model of AC inside the box its career Duraedge only instead of the one i have ordered career Duraedge plus k+. So i made the complaint on the same day on their customer care no. my complaint number was-05499256, i was told that with in 48 hours return and refund process will be initiated and pick up of the order will be done.
I have waited for 7 days and called up there customer care so many times lodged 5 more complaints on their website but no one is answering to me,
i request you to intervene and help me taking my return and refund process initiated. I am feeling helpless as there is no shop where we can go and talk face to face, I can only contact with their call center executives who cant do anything but to apologies.
Please help me sir
