Regarding wrong delivery by Voonik

I placed order for 4 products in two different orders on Voonik on 27th september 2016. The order details are as follows
Order no 1- Moonwalk bellies & Scantia grey pink shoes
Order no 2- C04 Black Backpack & Prajo style backpack

I placed these order when the scheme buy 1 get 1 free was going on in which you have to pay for the product costing more and you will get the other product free. I paid half the amount (Rs634) using voonik credit i.e the money which was refunded on my previous order. But i only received the Moonwalk bellies & Black backpack. I tried contacting them but they put me on hold and they are taking too long to answer my emails. Finally when I got hold of them they told me that delivery of the shoes is not possible so they have given me Rs 136 (instead of Rs 329) voonik credit & they dont have any information on the backpack. I am sick and tired of waiting they still dont have proper information. Their emails are vague and they take too long to respond. I just want my products delivered to me. I dont want any extra compensation. I have been waiting since the past 20 days. please help me.
