Regarding wrong delivery by Voonik

We have ordered a peach colored lehnga from voonik having order number R767166625-1 on 04/06/2016 but firstly the order was placed but later on it was cancelled as shown by notification but on the same day we receive a msg for delivery of the same lehnga we have taken the same but the order was different and when we contacted them they say it will be taken back in two days mail details of conversation is attached we have called them so many times but all in vain we have suffered a lot because of that as we need to gift the same to someone kindly register our complaint and do the needful at the earliest and we need money back with our prestige back.
