As per my invoice voucher from Travel Triangle which I received for my trip to Sri Lanka, for my stay at Yala WILD TRAILS BY AMAYA was selected by us by seeing the photos and other amenities for our stay in Yala, Sri Lanka which is also a costlier hotel as compared to the hotel which they gave us WILD PANTHERA, YALA. The ameneties, facilities as well as the cost for both the hotels is un-matchable. Travel Triangle did not inform about the last minute hotel changes creating chaos in our trip. Moreover when asking for refund of the difference in the amount of both the hotels, there reply is not satisfactory. They falsely claim that both the hotels are of the same price by showing prices of a different hotel Wild Trails, Yala but we had selected WILD TRAILS BY AMAYA, YALA and not Wild Trails, Yala. The cost of both hotels are easily available on the web. This is a clear case of fraud and we as a consumer are cheated paying huge amount of money and getting hotels which we didn’t select. The invoice has been attached with this complaint.
