I saw a headset advertise on Facebook and got interested in it on Munafa.com after ordering on 11 Aug 2016, the product I received it 23 Aug 2016. After the payment when I opened the packet the product was not similar to which I order and so I mailed a return request to the web site but they are replying my mail and not answering my call on customer care. Please I need help.
