Regarding wrong recharge done through free recharge app

I am using airtel no 8xxxxxx0.on 20th Oct 17 I recharge 169 via third party app (free recharge) the benefit is unlimited l/s condition(only for micromax 28 days and other no for 14 days) but I m using Samsung mobile. when I called then my balance deduct from my account when I called to customer care then she said you did wrong recharge and I am raising your complain and you will get complain no before 22 Oct 17 your complain will solve but I did not get any complain no . she took my stand by number and said you will inform via message and call.on 21 Oct 17 I called to another no then same problem my balance is deducting.again I called to customer care regarding this matter then she said you will not get benefit because of wrong recharge and you got only 2 days validity(20 Oct 17 and 21oct 17) for unlimited l/s and your validity period today finishing on 21 Oct 17.but on 20 Oct 17 my balance was deducting
