I had given my phone MI4i 16gb (white) on 2nd July 2016 to mi exclusive service centre, Ahmedabad,Gujarat for network issue. After diagnosis, I received the phone on same day with software upgrade and they asked me to replace the sim card from provider.

I followed the instructions given by service executive but it didn’t resolve the issue. After few days I found the issue in display. So I visited the service center again on 23th July 2016. After diagnosis they asked me to wait for 10 days as display was needed to be replaced.I visited service center after 10days (4th Aug 2016) to get my device back, but there was no update on my device and the parts were not dispatched from their respective department.

I asked for the exact date for resolution but they didn’t give any. I contacted the customer care for this issue via call as well as an e-mail. They asked me to wait for 48 hours and informed that their respective department will call me to give the exact date when the device will be repaired.

After 48 hours, I didn’t recieve any call from Xiaomi.I called the customer care and they again asked me to wait.

Xiaomi customer support is not resolving my issue nor giving me the exact timeline on which my phone will be repaired.
