Regarding Yu Yureka mobile service

I had bought this handset on 6th august 2015, had issues with handset submitted to service center on .28th july 2016. A week later confirmed saying mother board is gone and they would replace it. Later when i went to collect mobile, they have given the used or tested mobiles used in their service center shop . warranty means company have to replace with new product but here its used one .

Have been following up daily with service center through mails and calls but they are least bothered. No where in their policy it stays used mobiles will be replaced for dead device or product.

Everytime i call i have to explain them and its become like daily call them end up with no results, asked them transfer the call to higher management or manager but none did that till now. pls help me get my mobile replaced with new or they have to refund the amount. Request you assist me on this.
