Reliance barred services, not providing bill

My reliance no. is 8xxxxxxxx7, last month on 21 st june i have port this no. In reliance digital, and taken the plan 399, for this i have receipt also, but from the same day i am not also call or listen any ones voice properly and also not able to use net services, so i have decided to migrate it in prepaid, but they it will done after 1st bill, first bill came of rs 673 for 6 days and also they deposit 300 advance from me at the time of porting, so in 6 days i have pay nearly 1000 rs for what, service i have use, so i have decided to change plan in the mean time, till my no. Migrate to prepaid and i have requested so many times via customers care even via mail that pls provide me the full n final amount before migration to prepaid so that i have to clear that amount which includes my advance payment of 300 rs, but they have not responded and barred my services and they charge rs 15 for miss call alert servive, for this i never request them to activate this service but they charge, please i request u to resolve this matter and help me to resume my services as well.
