Reliance BIG TV not responding to complaints

I was usiong reliance big tv connection, in dec i rechanged for annual subscripetion of 2520, but form then all tamil channels are stopped and customer care is not giving proper response. In march first week i shifted my house and raised service request for transfer. but still now it s not happened , now almost one month we ar enot using any serivce form them , and customer care executives are really irritating and always tell server down cant take my complaint, so i decided to quit BIG TV, my current balance is 1350 and also i never used since dec , which they rechanged for 6 months pack without my knowledge which is avalable till jul 18. kindly do the needful.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
