Reliance Big TV service stopped since 10 days

The TV Service have been stopped since 10 days. After repeated complaints on 18002009001 and Reliancedigitaltv.com services have not been restored. No channel is available even if account balance in smart card is 1700 rupees.
Each time it is told that Error 400 will be fixed in 24-48 hrs but nothing happens. Please help in getting my refund from Reliancedigitaltv. My SCN NUM 200790301017 Reliance Big TV.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
