I am using reliance big Tv from past 10 years. My connection no. is 200530373438. From past 12 days, my set tp box is not working. I have been trying to call to customer care but even after waiting for more than 1 hours, I could not get through the customer care executive. Now I am helpless. I dont know, whom to contact to get the problem sorted out.
