I was using Reliance data card. Starting from Aug first week I was facing the problem of low speeds and data card not working. I tried calling customer care several times but no one use to answer the call. I sent also mails but o reply (see attachment).

So I asked for termination of connection. Now service is disconnected. But still I am getting emails and messages asking for payment of the dues. Why I need to pay bills, while the service is not working?

Please help me by taking necessary action.
