Reliance digital refusing to replace defective laptop

I have got a brand new laptop on 22nd of July 2015. While purchasing it I have clearly told him to check whether every thing is working conditon as soon as possible as I have to go to my home town which he didn’t do it. Instead he gave laptop to me and he was roaming. Since, I was busy, I didn’t open the laptop for 7 days and after 7 days I found it one usb port not working. And Aug 1st I have gone to reliance digital and told the issue. Intially he told me it was a software issue. So, I have told to make it fast as I have go to Electronic city. But, he made me wait so long. And finally some other guy have found it was a hardware issue and not a software issue. Then, we asked for replacement since, it is a hardware issue and it is not even 10 days. Then, finally they told me we will replace, but take display peice. we didn’t agree for that. He behaved in a rude manner and told us “Do whatever you want we are not going to replace it”. Then we have gone through the reliance customer care and they told me to please cooperate by submitting the laptop to the store so that they can solve the issue. And Now they are telling me to take that laptop only which they have repaired it. Please help me in this regard.
