Reliance GSM transfer of SIM without notification

I Would like to lodge a complaint against Reliance GSM who has changed the ownership of my number without my consent.

I have been the owner of the Reliance GSM number 9533322244 for last 6 years or more and due to some official work I have to leave India on July 10th, 2016. Just today I came to know that someone is already using my number and I have even tried to reach Reliance customer care and they have informed me that the ownership of the number has been changed to someone else.

As per TRA rules, the ownership of GSM number cannot be changed without the consent even if its not in use for specific time of less then 6 months. My number has not been used for last 4 months or less and they have changed the ownership with my consent.

I would like to your intervention to resolve this issue and get my number back as the reliance customer care has rejected to lodge my compliant.
