I got to know about the my jio app barcode scheme in collaboration with sets like samsung, lg, Panasonic etc..i am owing a samsung galaxy j5 mobile handset which in is rightly applicable for the barcode scheme as mentioned in the app. hence i got the barcode without any problem on 25th aug(evening). A day after(26th aug morning) i reached the nearest authorised Reliance digital zone(sonari,jamshedpur) with my mobile handset, a xerox of the barcode along with an aadhar card xerox.. the sim card was said to be distributed for free which i got without hesitation(after a full inspection by the officials) and was given an assurance of sim card activation within a week(to be informed). but after a couple of days on 28th aug(evening) i got a phone call by the same Reliance digital zone(0657-2430022) and was informed that they found the barcode already being used while the process(irrelatively impossible from my behalf)and for more further details they provided me the phone number of Reliance jio customer care (1800-88-99-999).
so very patiently i tried the number for about two days(day& night) hoping to get a single response by them..but haven’t found any luck yet( not expected from such a big brand name)..i tried many a times from my phone numbers(8298026609) even from alternate ones but the results were the same..haven’t got any response yet. sir i just want to know that why i am debarred from that barcode scheme even after following every step cleanly(which they also found it right in the digital center)and secondly how reliance jio is planning to make it country wide success?? By not answering a single phone calls..just because i got it for free? Hoping to get a response over here..thank you
