I had bought a Jio sim from Reliance Digital Xpress Mini store (located in Govind Nagar, Kanpur) on Aug 16, 2016. Till now, Jio sim does not show any network signal. Also, I did not receive any message from jio on my alternate contact. It was only for this sim that I had purchased a Lyf mobile. I tried contacting Jio customer care through email as well as contact. Only response I get from them is a new complaint number and a message saying ‘Since we are getting overwhelming response, your response is getting delayed’. What will I do of these responses from them.
They are not telling anything about sim activation. Complaint numbers : #350557, #564406, SR0000010GW2.

  1. You should contact the store from where you bought the phone and got the sim , because atleast u should have recieved a confirmation message that your documents are recieved by jio , on your alternate no.

  2. I have already visited the store multiple times. They only say that the application is in process. It is taking time due to excessive load on server.
