I bought a new jio sim, on 30 august 2016. On 2 sep 2016 I got a message from jio regarding some delays in activating the sim. After that my jio app is showing the offer code as redeemed, but my sim is still not activated. I try to contact the jio care on the no 1800 899 9999 but the care no seems to be too much busy even after a hold of 1 hour they didn’t pickup the call. Then i tried to complain by email. That too didn’t worked as they don’t have time to see the mails. I request you to do the needful.
