Reliance Sim Card not able to Generate Porting Code

I have been using my reliance number 9xxxxx7 since a long time, but since reliance GSM services are getting closed, I tried to port my existing reliance number to any other service provider. But currently I am not able to generate UPC code. My reliance sim is always down without any network. I tried communicating the Customer care office but its not helpful as there is no services. Request you to kindly help me regarding so. Currently i reside in Nagpur- Maharashtra. You Help would be deeply appreciated.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
