I requested them to close my internet connection but they did not supported me and every month they are generating the bill but I am not using the service. I drop so many mail to close the connection with registered email id and called two times in customer care number for the same. They are torturing me every month for making the bill payment. Could you please tell who is responsible for the this.
why I am facing the issue since I have already intimating them. Please find the attached document for the reference. in the attached document when I drop a mail for closing the connection. You can also check that before raising the request my pending amount is cleared. Please take this on high priority and close the connection.
