I purchased a MOTO G 2nd Gen mobile handset through Flipkart on 16/04/2015. Invoice No: BLR_WFLD 20150400531710 dt.16/04/2015 sold by WS Retail Services Pvt Ltd., Bangalore.
Since there was a problem with the touch screen, I gave the mobile set for repair to M/s Trident Technologies, Nungambakkam, Chennai on 03/09/2015. Their work order number is OTM/MG/15/03895 WO dated 03/09/2015. Nearly a month has passed and they have not repaired the handset. Everytime I call , they say the reason as non availability of spares. They inform that till such time they do not receive the spare part from the company, they cannot do anything. Also they do not have any idea when they will get the spare.
In the meanwhile I raised a complaint with the Motorola Company on 15/09/2015 on their Toll Free Number and a complaint number was given (150915031265) promising that the issue would be settled within 48 hours. But nothing happened till date. The Company has kept me in dark and I do not know whether they would repair my phone.
The above phone is under warranty. Motorola has not acted on my complaint even though more than 2 weeks have passed and their service centre is keeping the instrument for nearly a month without giving any definite reply.
