These are my orders which were intentionally cancelled by paytm. First I had ordered the Euro jeans on 13th March 2015, which was cancelled by paytm the very next day without citing any reasons.
Next I had ordered the same product on 14th March 2015, which was cancelled by paytm after a fortnight, again without citing any reasons.
Next I ordered the same product on 31st March 2015, and this time sought an assurance from paytm grievance offer that the order should not be cancelled. And he did give me the assurance that the order would not be cancelled and delivered on time. However, the order was again cancelled after a few days.
Now, on 10th April 2015, I tried to recharge my sundirect DTH service through paytm. And after successful payment, the status of my recharge was shown as pending. And finally it was cancelled after about 4 days. And again I tried to recharge my DTH connection on 14th April 2015 through paytm. And again the status of my recharge was shown as pending. And today it was again cancelled. The only similarity in all of these orders were that I had applied the promocode provided by paytm themselves for cashback. My other orders without the use of promocode were successful. It is clear that paytm is using the bait & switch tactics. Numerous complaints to their customer care team and grievance offers have fallen on deaf ears. And the most frustrating part is that their customer care replies are insensitive, unapologetic & sometimes totally unrelated to matter. This has been very frustrating & disgusting.
