Repeated wrong despatch by Snapdeal, refund not received

I placed an order (No. 5891157445), Lotto Traunt Running Sports shoes, on April 22, 2015, size 6. I received a delivery through courier J.V.Express on 25th April 2015 but the delivery was made wrongly for size 7 against my order of size 6. After contacting Snapdeal, they expressed their apology for the wrong delivery and assured the right delivery after I arranged for sending back the shoes through their courier tie-up which cost me repacking charges. Now after I received the delivery against, this time expecting the right size, I was surprised to receive the same wrong size (size 7) again. The process of tendering apology, recollecting the package and resending the same with additional repacking charges borne by me, each time with the promise of sending the right size,  was REPEATED 7 times and after the 7th time when I called them again, they promised to refund my amount for this order for which I sent my bank details (against ticket number 01143923). Now after inquiring today again (18th May 2015) about the refund which has not been credited to my account as on date, I was given to understand that they had the wrong information regarding IFSC code although I had provided the correct information through email.

After passing through this unnecessary inconvenience because of the wrong handling buy snapdeal, the experience having been quite a traumatic one for me, I am writing this complaint to you in the hope that some justice is still being done with people like us who are unnecessarily troubled by such big business houses.
