Replacement of damaged Redmi not done by Flipkart

This is in accordance with the order no. OD404176127326732000, redmi 2 prime. I received my order on 27 Oct 2015, from Flipkart. I have filed the complain on 2 Nov 2015, regarding the phone i have received.

As the charging port was not working properly so, i asked for the replacement, so the customer care told me that my phone will be picked up by them from the address i have provided to them. I have waited for 2 weeks and no body came to pick the phone. When i again called the customer care they asked me to courier it to there warehouse address ,i.e , in Bengaluru which i did. After 8 days it came back to my home address, refused from the address i have couriered to.

Again i have called customer care and they asked me to courier to address provided by them, and again i did according to them. After 7 days it again came back to my home address without replacement.

When i complaint to there superior, they assurerd me that they gonna provide pick up service, which they didn’t provided me. I got a mail after some days providing me a new address of there warehouse, and i was given the assurance that this timw it will gonna reach to them. Today i have again got my product as it is. Its nearly 2 months and yet Flipkart didn’t seen into matter.
