It is very disapointing for myself to write you on the very first buying of my HTC mobile phone.

I bought the above HTC sate from E Zone Siliguri Big Bazar, Savokeroad Siliguri for my Father on 12.06.2015, but it is very unfortunate that the same handset has a unknown problem. We are not able to use the set even for a single day.

I went to E Zone for replace ment for the set on 26.06.2015 as I stay outside from Siliguri for my service perpose. On that same date one of the staff of E zone has given me the address of the HTC servise centre (Subham Computer) 83 Bidhan Road Siliguri,734401, to collect death certificate form there end for replacement. As a layman I went there for Death certificate buy again from the Service centre thay told that it lill take one week to provide the Certificate.

once again I have visited to the Service centre for Death Certificate on 17/07/2015 but again thay refuse me to issue the certificate for the replacement.

I feel very disapointed for the service of HTC from the very first day.
As I stay out station I take leave on 25.07.2015 to visit E Zone again and again. Now thwy told mo to lodge a complaint in your site for replacement.

Will I get any propere hepl for replacement of my moblile phone.
