I purchase l.ed tv on may 2015, But instal after two month. One month after problem come on tv screen i.e line on center of t.v i complin in toll free no. The service person come and cheak the tv set, he say change the pannle of tv set. After one weak he came change the new pannle. After change i found black spot on screen and say service person he promise me it is disolve after one weak and he left. After one weak i cheak same black spot on screen i call service center again he say change the pannle.

all that process is 3 Three time service person come change the pannle again same problem on screen.

Lastly i call the service center to collect tv on my home. After that service center person call me that you wait some time to that paticular l.ed or you have choice to upgrade your tv with anther new l.ed.

i agree to upgrade my 28″ to 32″ . After some day service center person call company give u two option.
1) You take bake your mony that 89 percent of bill amont.
2) You take a new led 32″ and pay the diffrance amount that mrp diff of 28″& 32″.

i go with 2 Option and go to service center they give me approvle sheet 28″ Replace with 32″ and the price diffrance is 5000/-

then i make the DD rs 5000/- the name of sony india pvt ltd deposite in to service center they give me mony recipe and promise to new l.ed tv is deliver within 15 Days.This all process is done in the month of jan 2016.

after that i don’t recived tv right know. So please advice to me what i do.
