Request for replacement of Aqua Sure denied

I ordered Eureka Forbes Aqua sure 8L RO+UV Water Purifier online through PayTm mobile application on 20th October 2016 Paid Rs. 16,490/-. I received the product delivery on 23rd October 2016. Upon receiving the item, I found that I ordered AquaSure normal one not Aqua sure Expert.

On the same day (23rd October 2016), I tried to reach out to customer care to return my item, so I can order the correct product but they (#Paytm) team declined to help and says, this is not in our policy to return the item.

They says to contact within 7 days of delivery and I am even not asking to refund the money, only replace the product with another model (I will pay the difference amount) but there is no support from #Paytm team. Request you to please help me in this regard.
