Restaurant charging more than MRP and GST on mrp

hello, I have taken lunch at “aachman hotel alaknanda” bewala, haridwar on 28-oct-2017. there I bought 1 ltr mineral water and the restaurant have charged me 35 rupees for this bottle plus they have also taken gst for this also. so, kindly please take necessary action against the restaurant.
