Restaurant charging more than MRP with GST

Recently my brother have visited orientel restaurant located at city centre mall rajarhat , kolkata. They are shocked to see 200 rs has been charged for 2 kinley bottle 1 lts. When they asked them about it they replied that its their company policy and they canr change. But as per government of india rule , no restaurant can charge more than mrp. Please resolve the issue and also charge fine on them as they are cheating all their consumers.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
