I had placed an order on 27th June. The order was delivered on 2nd July, however the product size and fitting was not as expected. Following which as per Jabong’s customer-service executive I initiated an order return for refund via net-banking with all the details being correct.
However at the time of writing this complaint there is on update being provided about the return status nor is it being picked up.

Sent an email to their customer support regarding the same, but they say that no return is initiated against my order. However on my side it clearly shows that the order has been initiated for refund. (Attaching 2 screenshot regarding the same)

At this point I feel like I am being scammed off my money. Also their call-center guys don’t even pick up the call, been trying since 2 days to call them, but no one picks up the call.

I just want my money back and be done with this.

Please someone help me.
