A Refrigerator “Samsung RT27JARYESA/TL 253L” was ordered by my brother-in-law as my marriage gift on 16.07.2015 from flipkart with order id:OD103391155684452100 which was delivered on 21.07.2015.
The refrigerator was supposed to be delivered at my address 3393, 2nd floor, sector-32D, Chandigarh. But it was delivered at ground floor of our building and the delivery company refused to deliver at 2nd floor which was clearly mentioned in shipping address. Due to a big refrigerator, i was unable to move it to 2nd floor same day and i moved it on Sunday i.e. 26/07/2015 with the help of 2 laborers after paying Rs.500/- and i traced out a big dent on the LEFT SIDE of refrigerator.
Then it was complained on 27/07/2015 to flipkart and it was promised by flipkart to pick up the same by 04/08/2015 and replacement will be completed by 14/08/2015.
But flipkart picked up the refrigerator on 13/08/2015 and same was not returned herewith till now. My brother-in-law contacted flipkart several times but problem unsolved. Even i also contacted over phone several times. the details of last 3 call following are:-

I also asked for refund but same was refused from flipkart. It’s a more than a month without a refrigerator and i am fully harassed by flipkart . It is season of summer in Northern India and without a refrigerator for a family person is quite difficult.
