I had requested for reverse pick up of two orders as below from Jabong on 23-Nov-2015 after several attempts to raise the return request online (App & website) which was not allowed on both platforms.

Order no. 151118549875599
Order no. 151117593614837

There was another order not. 151116194839483 for which reverse pickup was done on 22-Nov-2015 and refund is not initiated as yet.

They are neither responding nor acting upon my requests. Seems like my requests are falling on deaf ears.
