Reverse pick up not done by Ebay for wrong product delivery

With regards to purchase of zipper magnetic sun shades car curtain for Skoda Rapid set of 4 and wrong product sent to me, the product is so large that i cannot close the car door and completely wrong product from the seller .

The complaint details raised with EBAY on 13th July 2016 claim ID 2158783. Inspite of repeated reminder to ebay customer support by call by email n twitter they kept on giving false commitment that they are arranging reverse pickup for 5 times but no one turned up after 43 days.

Post which i called the customer support and spoke to them for 54 mins and ask them to arrange the reverse pickup in which ebayindia customer support supervisor agreed to open up the claim and again arrange the reversepickup by monday 22nd sept 2016. again this was a false commitment.
