Reverse pick-up, refund not arranged by Amazon for defective product

I had ordered a HUL Pureit WPWS100 classic 14-litre Water Purifier (Blue) , from Amazon India on 06.05.2015 for Rs 1,329/- , order number was 171-0993170-2217141. I received the mentioned product on 11.05.2015 around 3 pm. On the same night I installed the water purifier at my home but I found that it was leaking.

On 12.05.2015 around 12.05 a.m I called customer care and they told me that it will be return picked up on 13.05.2015 by their company and money will be refunded in my bank account. I have filled an online details form for my bank details . The name of the customer care executive was Rxxxxxxr. Consecutively I have called and sent emails for return pickup and spoken to their customer care executives. Neither they have picked up the defective material and neither the money refunded.

Please help me out, I am In a fix.
