Royal Enfield pathetic service

I have given my Bullet for service at Electronic city Motors, Singasandra Bangalore on 12th Aug and they charged me rs. 3k and within few days bullet start giving problem and suddenly it will stop and it will not start. I have complained and told them same on 16th and they picked up again on 24th Aug and when I called them on 27th Aug as promised by them to correct it but that guy was not ready to tell to me and after raising my voice he said he will hans over the my Bullet in 30 mins. I have received my Bullet and same problem started in 2 days. I have registered complain again and they called after 3 days and told them to pick my Bullet on 2nd Sep and no one called me on 2nd Sep & I have called them and the person from service station not ready to listen and start Abusing in very bad language. Now I am very afraid that thoSe guys can do anything. I want my money back for which I paid for services and compensation for torture for last 15 days. IT IS VERY VERY BAD VERY VERY SAD

    You are correct. Those guys can do anything. I gave my TB350 today for second servicing. My bike is having engine noise issues from beginning. They noted everything but still it is not fixed. I remember around 20days back I gave my bike to electric city motor and they kept it for 15days and they couldn’t do anything to fix it . It is completely waste of time to ask them to fix these issues. I raised complaints also . But nothing happened. My bike is still having engine noise issues.I had been to the service center around 4 times for this issue. Every time they say issue is fixed and you can take it .Then after 1-2days when I say them I am having the same problem, the use to say take your bike to the service center and will fix it. But they won’t do anything. This has happened to me for 3-4 times. Electronic city service center is spoiling royal Enfield brand name. Now I don’t have any trust on Royal Enfield because of these people. In the next step I ll send them a final reminder to fix the issue else I ll have to take the help of consumer court.
